How many days will it take until I receive my order?
  • The carpet will be delivered within 7-10 days from the time you place an order. The estimated delivery can be checked via the “Track Order” function on our website.

Can I exchange the carpet if I don’t like it?
  • You can exchange the carpet within a week of delivery. We will get the carpet picked up on your behalf from your home at a mutually decided time. The carpet must be in its original packaging. Once received, we will go through a quality check.

How long will it take to initiate the exchange?
  • If the carpet is in the same condition, we will initiate the exchange process within two working days.

What are the shipping charges?
  • We offer free shipping on every item purchased at knotty.in

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive two notifications via email:-
    1. Email order confirmation
    2. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product has been shipped.
