At Knotty X, we obsess over quality and craftsmanship — every step of the way. Our vertically integrated setup gives us full control: from designing and dyeing to weaving and finishing. That means fewer surprises, tighter timelines, and exact results.

The Vision: Yours

Whether you’re inspired by ancient Persian motifs or Bauhaus geometry, we begin with your reference image, sketch, moodboard or vibe. Once we’ve locked in the idea, our design studio translates your vision into a CAD rendering. Think of it as the carpet's blueprint — every line, loop, and knot mapped out to the millimeter. 

The Sample: Touch the Future

Next, we get tactile. A 1ft x 1ft physical sample is created using the exact materials, colours and technique.

Once you give us the green light, we go into full production mode. Our facilities can produce over 25,000 square meters a month — all while staying true to the handmade soul of the process. 

Silk, mohair, New Zealand wool, cotton blends — we source the finest materials globally and craft them locally with care. Every rug is built to last and built to impress.

Finally, our experienced team installs the rug on-site, factoring in the flooring, corners, walls, lighting — the works. Precision fit. Picture-perfect.

From Global Floors to Iconic Doors - Knotty X Lands in India

We’ve been weaving stories underfoot in sprawling luxury villas in Australia, luxury hotels like Nomad LA and The Beekman NYC, and even retail stores such as Coach and Stuart Weitzman Las Vegas. Just recently we brought the Knotty X magic to India with a hand-tufted masterpiece laid down at Mumbai's newest jewel, ICONIQA.
